Arriving Tbilisi. Meeting in airport and transfer till the hotel.
Activity: climbing on Arsha rocks
Meeting in the centre of the city on 9:00 on next address: 37A Merab Kostava Str. Tbilisi; Georgia. Departure to Stephantsminda. Distance 170km and 3 hours.
On the way, we will pass city Mtskheta (the capital city of Georgia until the sixth century, Ananuri fortress and Jvari pass). We will be at the place on 12:30.
Firstly, we will go to the guesthouse where we will leave our luggage and have lunch. About 14:00, we will go climbing on Arsha rocks.
Activity: climbing on Arsha rocks
Trekking: Juta-base camp (2500m)
After breakfast on 9:00, we will go climbing on Arsha rocks.
This day you will climb 5-6 routes, also multi-pitch (2-3 ropes).
This day you will learn how to ensure partner and how to make stations on ready ankers.
15:00 we will end the training and we will go to an array of mountains of Chaukhi.
we’ll go to village Juta by car (25km. 1 hour.) we’ll pass the valley of Sno and other old villages.
From Juta, we will go by foot till Chaukhi camp (altitude 2500m) time to walk about 2 hours.
Upon arrival, we will the tents, make the camp and we will get ready for next day route.
You will have to carry private luggage. The rest of the luggage we will take my horse.
Activity: go up on Tinikadze peak by II+ UIAA route.
Breakfast on 5:00 on camping tent and leaving 5:30. Peak Tinikadze altitude is 3200m.
Go up and down take 5-6 hours.
Route technique part is a narrow rocky ridge
This day you will learn:
working with ropes, moving on the ridge and technique of organizing protection.
After arriving at camp you will have free time to rest. Also if anyone wishes they can climb on the climbing wall which is close to camp.
1. Theoretical course on the topic of organizing a rescue operation
2. Perform rescue operation on the rock
3. Training on the snow
After breakfast, you will theoretical lesson which we will need in the following days in practice. After a theoretical lesson close to camp, on training rocks, we will perform rescue operation on the rocky part. On this lesson, we will learn practically how to lend down injured and how to organize take up injured in a group, also in case of a couple. Also, we will teach you making needed knots and use the tools to perform a rescue operation like this. After rescue lesson on the rock and after camp lunch and free time we will go up on snowy culture where we will teach you how to walk on the snow and safety technique. (40 minutes to walk till this place.) Also, we will teach you how to move on a snowy slope. how to make protection on ice axe fixed rope, how to stop using ice axe and how to stop partner with an ice axe.
Activity: Climbing mount Javakhishvili (altitude 3700 m)
Breakfast 5:00 Am
We will start walking at about 5:30 am. Total climbing time up and down for about 8 hours.
In 3 hours from camp, we will climb up in Asatiani plateau, where we will dress on harnesses, helmets and all necessary things. From here till start point of the technical part of the route we will pass 35/45 degrees couloir, which is snowy and often the top is frozen.
The length of the technical part is 130 m. First rope is rocky and icy but next 2 ropes are rocky. The average inclination is about 60 degrees, but the first part of the first rope is 70-80 degrees. This part, we will climb with fixed ropes which will make one of a participant. From the last rope, we have 30 minutes till the summit. Climb down route is the same way.
After arrive camp free time for rest and preparing for the next day.
You will learn: Create security points and stations in a real situation; Using some different required tools; Moving on fixed ropes (going up and down).
Activity: Climbing mount Kamerun peak with III UIAA route.
The altitude of the Cameroon peak is 3700 m.
Breakfast at 5:00 morning
We will start walking at about 5:30 am. Total climbing time up and down about 7-8 hour In 3 hours from camp, we will climb up in the Asatiani plateau, where we will dress on harnesses, helmets and all necessary things. From here till the start point of the technical part of the route we will pass 40/45 degrees couloir, which is snowy and often the top is frozen. With this couloir, we will climb till mount Kameruni and mount Asatiani saddle where starts the main technically difficult part of the route. The first part of the route is the wall, which is about 80 degrees. The second part of this route is very narrow rock ridge, so there are some places where we cannot walk by foot and we should move there in sitting pose. From the end of the fixed ropes, we will continue walking till the summit about 15 minutes. We will come back in the same way.

After 2 climbing rest is necessary and this day we will use for properly resting. We will hack passed routes; also we will have a theoretical lesson about working on maps and navigation.
Map, isolines, Scale, Conditional signs, Orientation through the map. Map route selection and calculate time. (კროკის) and drawing up a scheme.
You will learn: how to rest properly.
Basic principles’ of navigation and working on maps.
Activity: climb mount TSU peak III UIAA route.
The altitude of the TSU peak is 3730m.
Breakfast 5:00 morning
We will start walking at about 5:30 am. Total climbing time up and down about 7-8 hour In 3 hours from camp, we will climb up in the Asatiani plateau, where we will dress on harnesses, helmets and all necessary things.
The main technical difficultness of the route is snowy and icy terrain.
The route starts from the plateau and the first stage of the route is long about 400 m couloirs which average inclination is about 50/60 degrees.
We will pass the route with fixed ropes where we will use for protection ice axes. With this couloir, we will go to TSU peak and Phirosmani saddle. From here till peak is about 1 hour we will come back with the same way orbit easier way.
Reserve day in case of bad weather / Rest.
Activity: Trekking base camp – village Juta
Activity: A festive dinner; awarding certificates
After breakfast, we will strike our tents and we will go to village Juta, walking time 1 hour. From here, we will leave to Tbilisi. 180km driving time 3,5 hours. We will bring you that place in Tbilisi which we left at the beginning of the tour.
Later on 19:00, we will meet in a restaurant where we will celebrate the end of the course with Georgian traditional dishes and songs. Also, we will give you certificates.
Also, we suggest an unprecedented offer what will help you to reimburse your expense partially or fully. We also work in the commercial tourism industry and we have groups from different parts of the world. Most of these groups we had on Kazbek. So after the end of the course, we offer you to stay with us and work with us as a guide helper. This will give you a chance to climb on Kazbek and to increase your alpine skills which will be helpful for you. In all this, we will give you a salary what will help you to reimburse money (partly or fully) which you spent for a course. Working with groups guaranteed and if you wish, we will allow you to work.
